What it is

Collective financing applied to Argentine real estate offers a different way to approach the sector: instead of requiring a large upfront capital, it lets several people contribute partial amounts and back residential works, building refurbishments, neighbourhood improvements and new housing projects.
The whole journey happens in a digital environment. Each user reviews the published initiatives, compares terms and conditions, and decides on their own how much to contribute. Contributions are pooled and assigned to a specific development; once the disclosed terms are met, the returns are distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution.
Within the Argentine context, marked by sustained housing demand, urban growth and a strong focus on property value, this model has gained visibility as an alternative form of participation. Real estate is no longer perceived as exclusive territory for large developers, institutional funds or high net worth investors.
The range of projects is broad: apartment towers, housing complexes, refurbishment of older buildings, urbanisation works and developments of various scales. That variety allows participation to adapt to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.
How it works
01
Browse the published opportunities: residential towers, refurbishments and new works with detailed terms and conditions.
02
Choose the amount you want to commit. Partial contributions are pooled and assigned to the selected project.
03
From your panel you access the use of funds, estimated terms, progress updates and participation conditions.
04
When the cycle is completed or the objectives are met, the outcome is distributed according to each participant's contribution.

The flow is direct: you enter the platform, review the available opportunities, choose the one that fits your criteria and confirm the amount. From the same panel you follow the progress of the works, see how the funds are used, check the estimated terms and access the participation conditions.
When the development completes its cycle or reaches the planned objectives, the corresponding outcome is distributed according to your contribution. In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative financing and easier access to the real estate market.
Rather than a passing trend, this model reflects a renewed way of engaging with the sector in Argentina. Its main contribution is opening the door to projects that for years remained out of reach for the individual investor.
We work to make every stage clear, verifiable and easy to follow. At any moment you can review how your contribution is being applied, what stage the works are at and under which rules you are taking part. Every participation involves risks and the outcomes depend on the evolution of each project.
Taking part also means backing initiatives that renew neighbourhoods, strengthen urban infrastructure and create new spaces to live in. It is a way to seek returns while contributing to the development of cities.
We built this space so that approaching Argentine real estate becomes more understandable, more transparent and more participatory. Our goal is to offer clear information about the local property market and tools that help people decide with their own criteria.
